1. Acceptance

By using BlockSmith ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

BlockSmith is an AI-powered tool that generates Minecraft Bedrock Edition addon files (.mcaddon) from natural language descriptions. Operated by Charging Bull Software.

3. Not Affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

BlockSmith is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

4. Purchases & Edits

Mods are sold as single purchases ($4.99) or 4-packs ($12.00). Each mod includes up to 5 free AI-powered edits. Payments are processed via Stripe.

5. Generated Content

Mods generated by BlockSmith are yours to use, share, and distribute freely. We do not claim ownership over your generated addon files. However, generated mods are provided as-is and may require manual adjustments for complex use cases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate malicious, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI generation system
Resell the Service itself (reselling your generated mods is fine)
Abuse the edit system to generate entirely new mods beyond the purchased quantity

7. Refunds

If you're not satisfied with a generated mod after using your 5 edits, contact us at contact@cbullsoftware.click for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated mods will work perfectly with every Minecraft version or device. AI-generated content may require manual adjustment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Charging Bull Software shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of generated mod files, including but not limited to game crashes, world corruption, or incompatibility issues.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
